Hype WilliamsのDean BluntとInga Copelandが『Black Is Beautiful』を発表

- デュオによる最新アルバムが、今春Hyperdubより登場。
- Hype WilliamsのDean BluntとInga Copelandが手がけるアルバム『Black is Beautiful』が4月にHyperdubよりリリースされる。 今回発表された『Black is Beautiful』で、彼らは従来同様、ヒップホップとR＆Bをぼかしたようなミュージック・スタイルを表現している。見る者の想像力を掻き立てるようなトラックリストや、アルバムタイトルと関係のない言葉が添えられたアルバムカバーなど、彼らのいたずら心は健在だ。プレスリリースによると、アルバム制作時に彼らはとても大変な時期に直面し、伝えられるところによれば、Deanは暴動に参加し、アライグマの為に1晩でロンドン南東に位置する剥製師の店16件を襲ったのだという。（彼はネーション・オブ・イスラムに参加したことで、破壊活動をやめたようだ。） アルバムの発売を祝し、今春からヨーロッパとアメリカでツアーが行なわれる。来月のグラスゴーから始まり、4月下旬のサンフランシスコでの公演までを予定している。 Tracklist 01. 1 (Venice Dreamway) 02. 2 03. 3 04. 4 05. 5 06. 6 07. 7 08. 8 09. 9 10. 10 11. 11 12. 12 13. 13 14. 14 15. 15 Hype Williams『Black is Beautiful』は、Hyperdubより4月16日に発売予定。
