Hungry Recordings began as a label dedicated to supporting the 'starving artist'. It will revolutionize the world of music by a striking new concept not adopted by any other music label, actually taking care of the artists that make up the label. Unhappy with the lack of communication amongst other labels with their artists (as well as the lack of actual artist profits) Leland McWilliams and Elvir Gazic asked themselves the following question, "why shouldn't artists receive the bulk of the profits? After-all it is the artist's music and time that is being sold). The two embarked on a journey of beginning a label that would take an artist-first approach taking care of the very foundation that makes up every label. Not limiting itself to any genre, Hungry Recordings approach to music is very simple; searching for great music in all flavors. Featuring both established as well as up & coming artists from around the globe that are hungry to create great music without boundaries or limitations.
A integral part of the community Hungry Recordings also donates a portion of its' profits to selected charities that focus on feeding the poor from the hometown of its' artists.
