Enter Whisper Music, was created by the merger of like-minded people in 2012. Over the time, team has developed, to carry out various activities to format the capital markets, as well as have experience in conducting outreach activities, in the northern capital, St. Petersburg, and in the most European point of Russia, the city Kaliningrad. Had the experience in electronic music festival, which were engaged in the construction of their own dance floor, with a three-day line-up with the best local scene artists and some invited guests from Europe.

Residents and supporters of the project are creative people, musicians, designers and artists from different countries from Asia to America.
Slowly and gradually, promotional group was re-organized in EWM retrained record label, with the residents on board and with the participation of international musicians. So in 2015, EWM has launched its first Digital releases and the podcast feed. At the present time, it has been released more than 13 mini-album series of compilations and singles.
