Night Moods is proud to present an evening with Mathematics and Crème Organization recording artist Noleian Reusse. A longtime member of Chicago's house and techno communities, Noleian's solo productions and collaborations with Jamal Moss as Africans with Mainframes have taken him worldwide. Using what he learned from old school Chicago artists such as Steve Poindexter and Adonis, Noleian's music combines jacking house rhythms with synthetic techno timbres to create beautiful avant garde dance music. Expect his deejay set to take you through his influences as well as contemporary house and techno, all mixed up with one purpose in mind: to make you jack your body.
Jwan Allen and Thomas Cox have been deejaying together for years as Night Moods. Digging deep into their record collections, their sets feature a mix-up of soulful dance music from the past 35+ years ranging from disco and house through techno, electro, broken beats, and many other styles. You can expect to hear tunes that make you say, "Damn, that's my joint!"
