- Marc Milner has made his appearance over a year ago in the parisien nightlife after founding Improvist. He was born and raised in Paris where he still lives after two years in London. It is there that he discovered his love of vinyl. A year ago he became very close to the Pluie/Noir family and is now part of the management team as A&R and booker as well as being one of their active dj’s.
