His music is loaded with filthy drums and romantic chords as well as a constant cunning and punk sense of humor. Simon Frank Simon Frank was born in Canada and grew up in New Delhi and Beijing. By day he’s an art world salaryman, and by night he makes music and DJs, influenced by post punk, industrial music, acid house, Indian classical music, improvised music, and more. His projects include Hot & Cold (with his brother Josh Frank, member of Gong Gong Gong), Love Theme, and Love Research Institute. In 2017, he released the solo cassette album “Humid Music” on Taipei’s Lonely God Records, and in 2019 he started the event series XMQ Presents. https://simonfrank.bandcamp.com/music chuan chuan plays well-produced cute bangers. He always complain that DJing is too damn hard, but he never stop. You might hear Techno / Breaks / Bass / Dubstep / Electro and many more from his set. Countless nights spent at All & Elevator taught him a lot about dancefloor and dance music, support and trust from friends make him mentally stronger than ever. chuan believes that music should be sincere and technically excellent, he is also trying to deliver that in his set. Illsee Illsee, scientific name 老慢, is an upright-walking primate, born and raised in the easternmost city of the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai. Like other primates, Illsee is a social animal. She is known for her skill at using popular and non-mainstream music from the 80s to the present-day to express herself, exchange ideas and organize with other primates. Illsee is active at night, because she is able to capture adult men and women lost in the streets, who might otherwise harm the city and disrupt the lives of their fellow primates. As a result her activities are considered to be beneficial. About Aqualung Aquatic environments have been known to offer positive results on human health and wellbeing. Water improves one's overall mental state, relieving stress and increasing creativity. Aqualung, dedicated to hard, more experimental forms of machine-funk and techno music, is an ideal way of achieving these desired effects in the heart of Shanghai city.
